I disagree. Their back-up PG, Farmar, is opting out of his contract because he wants to be a starter, among other things. If Williams was surely leaving, why wouldn't Farmar stay? Rather, the Nets probably drafted Taylor to be the back-up, since he would be a lot cheaper than Farmar (2nd Rnd pick compared to $4.5 mil for Farmar) and a better defender. Also, If you look at any other Draft Analysis from last night, you'll see that Dallas made terrible choices. Take a look at Sam Amick from SI, for instance. He gives Dallas a D+ !! Thats the lowest grade of all the teams! So I think its far fetched to say that Dallas drafted well. Just saying.
