photoabuse commented on Relations between local press and the NYPD had deteriorated before 'Occupy Wall Street' protest, lawyers say

It is rather ironic that in this story that fights for the media and their rights,...the photo was found on flickr and used for free with no compensation to the photographer that took it. He may have freely given it away but still ironic.
