Cuomo destroyed business in NYS. He also lied and forced local governments, mostly upstate NY, to treat cuts in State aid as donations to the failing and underfunded pension system. Thanks Cuomo. Thanks alot! PS. The preverbial apple, doesn't fall far from the tree.
