Kathleen Rice Nassau County District Attorney's Office is the number 1 violator of civilian civil rights in NYS. There many cases out there that you should investigate besides the well know Hostra Law Students(that if it wasn't for the media)she would of tried to pursue and have the four students take a plea...Another well known case, was the Queens district attorney's office investigating the NCDA office on a violation of civil rights when the defendant was in custody at the time of a crime(2009).. the NCDA office tried to indict him of the crime.. and so on.. There are so many cases out there that it is ridicoulous to actual take this woman as a serious candidate. She and her office embelishes facts on defendants so indictments will stick..Being tough on crime is different then being fair and following the law? She does niether, claiming she tough on crime and everyone should go to jail.. If thats the case.. how come they don't monitor ADA's & Police Officers in Nassau Couty drinking and driving ? They are the number one offenders..go to most bars in Garden City and surrounding Precincts and you will see the violators..Always drunk...However, when pull over get a pass(above the law).. Why is that???... Fairness is not in this woman's vocabulary... She wants to be the governor and as such can dictate the law... Just like she wasn't interested in NYS Attorney General when she was running for NCDA office..She just flat out lies like every other politician... The biggest joke.. she had a hard life... upstate people come to Garden City, NY and see how hard there lives are? It is one of the most expensive area's to live on Long Island.. I should know I was a resident....Please don't be fooled because she is charming... thats just the lure.
