What's a middle linebacker? And other questions to be answered by the Giants

It's still anyone's guess what the Giants' linebacking corps will look like this season.

Chase Blackburn is penciled in as the starting middle linebacker at the moment, but defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said Keith Rivers, Greg Jones and Mark Herzlich will compete for the position. Earlier in the offseason, general manager Jerry Reese mentioned Michael Boley, which basically means that every linebacker other than Mathias Kiwanuka and Jacquian Williams is a candidate for the job. Greg Hanlon commented on Matt Bahr on kicking the Giants to a championship while 'dinged up'

I totally remember that game against the Tim Rosenbach-Garth Jax "Phoenix" Cardinals. Greg Hanlon commented on Osi agrees with Kurt Warner about kids and football; Ahmad Bradshaw enters his 'thunder' phase

Wilson's very exciting, and the beat reporters all said/tweeted that they were impressed by his burst. It should be fun to watch him develop. I neglected to link to this in my piece, and not sure if you've seen this already, but here's a great breakdown of his strengths/areas for improvement by Chris Burke in Si.com: http://nfl.si.com/2012/05/03/boom-or-bust-is-david-wilson-new-yorks-next-big-star/#more-5039 Randle's exciting too, and so is Marty B. If Kevin Boss and Jake Ballard can put up pretty good numbers in this offense, I'm sure Bennett can too.
