Bloomberg doesn't remember threatening a taxi kingpin:

Last Thursday, Mayor Michael Bloomberg reportedly told a taxi medallion millionaire that, upon leaving office, he would, "destroy your fucking industry." Today, he claimed not to remember the episode.
