The high point of the Jets' dismal 17-12 loss to the Carolina Panthers last night came halfway through the fourth quarter, courtesy of Tim Tebow.
Mark Sanchez played better than Tim Tebow in practice on Thursday. Because it’s the offseason and because it’s the N.F.L. and because it’s Tebow, this is pretty much the only thing anyone covering the Jets can talk about.(2)
The good news: Joe McKnight bulked up this offseason in the hopes of vying for more carries and more regular role in the offense. He’s at 216 pounds now, up from 198 last year. When the season starts, he hopes to be in the 205-210 range.
