If a world-champion triathlete drinks chocolate milk to replenish herself after a workout, who is anyone to argue?
Mirinda Carfrae won the World Ironman Championship is 2010 and has finished second twice, in 2009 and 2011. In this video, she talks about how low-fat chocolate milk provides her with some of the nutrients and protein she needs to keep on chugging.
