This is Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance's S.U.V. getting ticketed today outside 250 Broadway, where he and other D.A.s were testifying at a City Council budget hearing.
Coincidentally, as far as I know, Vance's ticket comes just one day after the Bronx district attorney, Robert Johnson, was ticketed for making an illegal u-turn.
The officer who ticketed Vance's vehicle also took a photograph of the sign in front of 250 Broadway indicating that vehicles are not allowed to park there.

UPDATE: An informed reader tells me "when they take the pics, it usually means they know it is a law enforcement car" and says the police "do the same thing with city cars."
We need the money so Vance write the check enjoy the joy of all those who receive tickets.
