At a fund-raiser for Hurricane Sandy victims at the 92nd Street Y, comedian Colin Quinn riffed on the subject of Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Then, mocking Cuomo's voice, he said, "People will be held accountable for what happened here."
He also said, "By the way, I don't remember electing him governor. Did anybody vote? No."
