During a recent trip upstate yesterday, Ken Lovett noticed, Governor Andrew Cuomo did not repeat his claim that Hurricane Sandy was more "impactful" than Hurricane Katrina, economically speaking.

Here's a clip rom Cuomo's press conference on Monday where he made the argument.
