Before he wrote a check from his checkbook now he is writing them from "NANNY PAC" a new way for him to do business.
His chief NANNY is Wolfson who is on "LEAVE" from his City Job as Chief "Mouth Piece"
At City Hall he puts words into peoples mouths and a NANNY PAC he put "CASH" into the mouths of those who are worthy of NANNY PAC support.
Those who are worthy as per "The Prisoner of City Hall" who is paying for it all.
Wolfson does what he is told and collects a "FAT" check and maybe another huge bonus like the one he and Patricia Harris received in 2009.
I wonder what role Patricia Harris is playing in all this ? ? ?
She is in charge of the NANNY FOUNDATION and spends few minutes a day running it while she works full time as Deputy Mayor.
BTW Did the press ever find out where she was during the snow storm ?
