Storobin ads flood the zone

In the latest issue of the Weekly Link, a Jewish circular based in Brooklyn, there are seven ads for Republican state senate candidate David Storobin, who is running in Brooklyn's 17th 22nd district.

The publication is 200 pages in total, and some of the ads, I'm told, were paid for by an independent Storobin supporter, not the campaign.

There's a distinct emphasis on school vouchers, with a picture of Storobin shaking hands with Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos, who has courted the Jewish community by pushing for vouchers, and a brief letter from Storobin explaining why he introduced a bill to provide vouchers.
