Hoylman trounces non-establishment rivals in fund-raising for Tom Duane's seat

Brad Hoylman, a community board chairman who is Tom Duane's chosen successor for a State Senate seat on the West Side of Manhattan, has raised $191,490.62 so far, dramatically outpacing two Democratic rivals.
Hoylman's contributors include Duane, City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, City Council candidate Mel Wymore, former Hillary Clinton aide Karen Keogh, Democratic operative Emily Giske, 1199 SEIU operative Kevin Finnegan, and Dirk McCall, who once was president of the Stonewall Democratic Club of New York City.
After spending $14,717.17, mostly on consultants at Berlin Rosen and a contribution to the Working Families Party, Hoylman has $171,587.83 on hand.
Trying to run to Hoylman's left is Tom Greco, who raised $11,000, with $5,000 coming from his brother himself and the remainder from ten contributors, one of whom is Yetta Kurland, a lawyer who unsuccessfully ran against Quinn in 2009.
A third candidate, Tanika Inlaw, who describes herself as an "educator, community outreach worker, educational advocate and mother" and a former employee at ABC's "The View" and ABC radio, has not filed her financial disclosure statements with state officials.
There Azi goes again, not knowing or bothering to find out about the opposition to Hoylman. Tony Greco is hardly "to the left" of Hoylman. He comes out of the "regular" McManus Club, in other words, the Tammany Hall club. Can you say Westies? How about goons? McManus has no expectations that Greco will win, only he wants some concessions from Hoylman. This is how he works.
Tanika Inlaw (School Teacher) (Ex-NAACP President) she has been campaigning for several weeks and had the most petition volumes than both Hoylman and Greco.

It's outrageous to think hoylman would ask for our vote, he opposed tenants from buying our own apartments in Stuyvesant town, was part of partnership, against minimum wage etc....
