Bloomberg calls Supreme Court decision 'democracy in action'

Mayor Michael Bloomberg this morning called the Supreme Court's decision to uphold President Obama's Affordable Care Act "democracy in action."
The mayor said, "There is no argument, this is the law."
"Congress had a right to pass it, the president, he had a right to sign it, and now let's get on and make it work," he continued, at a press event announcing the opening of McCarren Pool in Greenpoint.
The mayor said the law lifts a burden on small businesses that might otherwise have to pay for health care, and said, "To the extent that they don't have that burden, I guess that's good for the country. "
Asked if the decision would would prove helpful to the president, the mayor said, "It certainly can't hurt him."
