Two weeks after she canceled on "Meet the Press," during a brief firestorm over her comment that Ann Romney hadn't worked a day in her life, Democratic operative Hilary Rosen will appear on the show this weekend.

Rosen will appear on a panel that includes Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers of Washington, who previously acted as a surrogate for the Romney campaign in response to Rosen's remarks. On a conference call with reporters, McMorris Rodgers asserted that Rosen was closely connected to the White House, while others on the call suggested that Rosen's remark wasn't a mistake, but a deliberate message from the president.

The panel also includes MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, and Republican strategist and former Romney adviser Alex Castellanos.

Ed Gillespie, the longtime Republican strategist who was recently hired by Romney, is Sunday's headliner, followed by Robert Gibbs, an adviser to President Obama's re-election campaign.
