Grace Meng picked up the endorsements today of Senator Gillibrand (unofficially), and four Democratic mayoral candidates.

Rory Lancman picked up the endorsement of the Communication Workers of America.

Meng, the Assemblywoman from Flushing, has gotten the lion's share of endorsements from elected officials, starting with her support from the Queens Democratic organization.

Lancman has made a pretty successful play for the unions, who are the foot soldiers in many of the fights the Democratic Party has waded into.
