Here's a notice sent by the City Council's Central Staff just now and passed along to me by a reader:

Subject: **IT Notice** network maintenance this weekend
Beginning tomorrow, Sat at 8pm through Monday at 6am, there will be no access to Outlook and Blackberry emails.
Please be aware this outage will only affect Council Members and their staff.
This network maintenance is necessary due to the slowness experienced this week in the Outlook and Blackberry environments.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
