The happiest crime-themed ad ever?

This video from Staten Island District Attorney Dan Donovan is one of the cheeriest videos I've ever seen from someone running for a law-enforcement office. (Yes, I've seen Eric Schneiderman's "Interrupted" ad.)
Donovan's ad, complete with happy music and hoola-hooping, is part of an effort to refute his opponent's claim that crime in the borough is on the rise.
Donovan's challenger in tomorrow's election, defense attorney Michael Ryan, has referred to a prescription-drug-abuse "epidemic." Donovan has responded to Ryan's claim by noting that one of Ryan's recent clients was convicted by his office.
The race is a rematch of a contest four years ago, in which Ryan challenged Donovan and was soundly beaten.
