Washington Post hires two for Wonkblog
The Washington Post announced this morning that it has hired two more people for its Wonkblog franchise.
Founded by Ezra Klein, who has since departed with several staffers to begin a similar enterprise under the auspices of venture-capital-fueled Vox Media, the platform had been looking shorthanded.
Today's two hires are Emily Badger, who's been writing at the Atlantic Cities blog since January of last year; and Jason Millman, most recently a reporter at Politico.
Earlier this morning, the Post announced that it had hired Katie Zezima away from the Associated Press, where she had been covering Chris Christie and Cory Booker, to cover the White House with a focus on breaking news for the digital side.
