Who are we talking about when we talk about Cablevision customers?

I think in my comparison of the tabloids this morning I might have shortchanged the News for its use of the second person ("HERE'S WHAT YOU MISSED!") in a story about the Fox/My 9 blackout for Cablevision customers.

Courtesy of the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, a map of exactly where Cablevision is and isn't inside the five boroughs. Of course if you're Cablevision, you know it already. But if you're not, you don't know who is. And I think that if you look at this map you'll see why the extent of the problem isn't self-evident to all of us. (And hat tip to @xmatt) for pointing me here.)
